Sport psychology FAQWhat everyone asks
before getting started.

Do I need to be a professional athlete to work with you?

No. Most of my clients are amateur or semi-professional. All that matters is that you have a clear performance goal and commitment to the 8-week process.

Are sessions online or in person?

100% online via video call (Google Meet or Zoom). This lets me work with you wherever you are — Chile, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, the United States — and lets you fit sessions around your training routine.

What currency do I pay in?

Prices are in Chilean pesos (CLP), my main market. If you’re outside Chile, we arrange payment in EUR or USD at the day’s exchange rate. I accept international bank transfer, Wise and other methods — we’ll discuss it in the assessment session.

What if I can’t make a session?

With at least 24 hours’ notice, we reschedule at no cost within the same week or the next. Sessions missed without notice are not made up — this protects the seriousness of the process.

What if I want to continue after the 8 weeks?

Many clients choose a second cycle focused on more specific goals or competition preparation. We discuss it in the closing session, based on the final report.

What do I need to get started?

One hour of your week for the session, a stable connection, and the commitment to complete the Weekly Protocol at least 3 days a week. That’s it.

Is the assessment session really free?

Yes. 30 minutes, free and with no commitment. The goal is to talk through your situation, see whether we’re a good fit and, if we move forward, explain in detail the plan that suits you best.

Do you work with people who aren’t athletes?

Yes. Performance psychology applies to anyone with a demanding goal: entrepreneurs, high-pressure professionals, people preparing for competitive exams, performing artists. The protocol adapts to the context. Let’s talk about it in the assessment.
