The problem

The body trains.
So does the mind.

When you compete against opponents of a similar level, what separates a good day from a bad one is usually psychological: regulating arousal, sustaining attention, handling pressure and bouncing back quickly from mistakes. These skills are trainable — and they’re the ones most athletes work on least.

Performance is not an isolated event. It is the accumulated result of how you train, how you recover and how you manage your mind seven days a week.

The method

8 weeks. 4 phases.
A measurable clinical process.

It’s not a course or a series of motivational talks. It’s a structured psychological intervention, with longitudinal tracking of variables and a closure documented in a technical report.

Phase 01

Assessment

Week 1

Initial evaluation, baseline of psychological variables and operational goals.

Phase 02

Identification

Weeks 2–3

Analysis of limiting patterns and intervention on the main inhibitors.

Phase 03

Consolidation

Weeks 4–6

Building mental habits and specific work on flow states.

Phase 04

Closure

Weeks 7–8

Sustainability, final technical report and planning of the next cycle.

About me

I’m a psychologist,
and I’m an athlete.

I came to psychology from the mat, not the other way around. When an athlete tells me what goes through their head before stepping up to compete, I’m not interpreting from a book. I’ve lived it.

What we measure, we improve. And what we sustain over time, transforms.

Plans

Three ways to work together.

Every plan includes the 8-week method, the Weekly Protocol with variable tracking and the initial assessment session. What changes is the depth and level of support.

Base

1 weekly session · personalised protocol · final report. Ideal to get started.

Progression

Extended support: unlimited WhatsApp and a fortnightly written review. Most popular.

High Performance

2 weekly sessions and competition support. Semi-pro / competitive.

Next step

Let’s start with a conversation.

Before committing to a plan, let’s talk for 30 minutes. No cost, no commitment. To understand your context and goals, and see whether we’re a good fit to work together.

  1. Book a 30-minute assessment session
  2. We talk through your context and goals
  3. If it’s a fit, we choose a plan and get started
